Vanheye hatte Kate in verschiedene Kleider der chinesisch-niederl\u00e4ndischen Modemacherin Fong Leng gesteckt und abgelichtet. Darunter auch ein paar bizarre Bilder wie die in dem roten Kost\u00fcm, das sich als Zweiteiler entpuppt. Noch ein weiteres Bild d\u00fcrfte aus dieser Session stammen: das \u201eBondage\u201c-Foto. In der Biografie \u201eUnder the Ivy\u201c erw\u00e4hnt Graeme Thomson dieses Bild (Seite 130). Er schreibt: \u201eSchon sehr fr\u00fch \u201adrehte\u2018 es ein niederl\u00e4ndischer Fotograf so, dass sie [Kate] f\u00fcr ein Foto im Bondage-Stil Modell stand. Sie lie\u00df sich in Seile gewickelt ablichten \u2013 wohl in dem Glauben, das sei nicht Sex sondern Kunst.\u201c Das Bild wurde sp\u00e4ter im englischen Musikmagazin Record Mirror abgedruckt \u2013 obwohl Kates Management Geld geboten hatte, um den Abdruck zu verhindern. Zwar wird in einigen Qullen auch ein anderer niederl\u00e4ndischer Fotograf erw\u00e4hnt, dagegen spricht aber, dass Kate auf dem Bild das gleiche Kleid tr\u00e4gt, wie auf dem Cover zu &#8222;Symphony in Blue&#8220;.
