Die Veranstaltung findet in diesem Jahr erstmals nicht nur punktgenau  zu Kates Geburtstag am 30. Juli statt, sondern d\u00fcrfte mit \u00fcber 40 Veranstaltungen weltweit tats\u00e4chlich der Most Wuthering Heights Day EVER werden. In Deutschland sind Veranstaltungen in Berlin, in M\u00fcnchen und im Westerwald vorgesehen. In Europa waren zudem Events in Dublin, Edinburgh, Luxemburg, Sofia, Kopenhagen und V\u00e4rnamo (Schweden) vorgesehen. Eine Veranstaltung in Estland hat bereits stattgefunden. Hinzu gekommen sind Ghent in Belgien, Uppsala in Schweden und zwei Orte in England: Bexleyheath und Northumberland. Allein in Australien gibt es inzwischen 17 (!) geplante Veranstaltungen. Neben Bunbury, Canberra, Melbourne, Fremantle, Sydney, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Brisbane, Bega Valley und Cairns sind noch Blue Mountains, Gippsland, Hobart, Lanunceston, Mona Vale und Warrnamboo hinzugekommen. In Neuseeland sind Events in Christchurch und Dunedin geplant. In Israel hat der TMWHD 2022 bereits vor drei Wochen stattgefunden. Deutlich zugenommen hat die Zahl der Veranstaltungen auch in den USA. Neben Austin, Reno, San Diego, Philadelphia und Atlanta gibt es Events in Chattanooga, Nashville (!), Greenfield und San Francisco.
